Meet Keynan, a blend of sports and musical genes from a family deeply entrenched in both worlds. Growing up immersed in the melodies of his father's gospel group and the rhythmic pulse of sports, the idea of music as a symphony of voices and instruments captured his imagination during travels across Texas and Oklahoma
Life took a turn during a football game, where a hard hit resulted in a concussion and a cracked jaw, setting off a chain of events that led to five brain surgeries. With determination, Keynan bounced back, channeling his passion into music. Armed with a two-track recorder and an insatiable curiosity, he began capturing sounds from video games and anything that made noise, marking the beginning of an exhilarating musical journey.
Post-high school, Keynan invested time, knowledge, and resources into music, diving into seminars, beat battles, and collaborations with local artists. The journey was a mix of trial and error, countless hours, and unwavering dedication. Eventually, a close friend helped him break into the sync world, unlocking placements and opportunities that laid the foundation for his duo venture, "Geeks." And the beat goes on.
