Martin Antonio Caba is a social impact strategist and creative executive with over 20 years of experience across philanthropy, startups, and music sectors.
As Chief Impact Officer at Paint the Noise (PTN), he leads the company’s social, environmental, and economic impact strategy, ensuring everything PTN builds serves both creators and communities.
His career spans scaling non-profits nationally and globally, launching SaaS platforms, founding a record label, and scoring indie films and theater. As a founding contributor to The Hip Hop Museum, Martin helped shape its strategy, digital infrastructure, and community engagement. Whether producing music or designing social impact frameworks, he brings a rare ability to unite creativity, technology, and purpose - building ecosystems where artistry meets innovation.
He holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and International Studies from The University of Connecticut, a BA in Sociology from Binghamton University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence from The Rennes School of Business in Rennes, France.
